About the Recipe

These keto waffles are also low carb. I hope you love this almond flour waffle recipe as much as my son and I did. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 6 tbsp. melted butter

  • 2 tsp. baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • A pinch of salt

  • (Optional) Desired add-ins or toppings (fruit, chocolate chips, nutella, etc.) to put either in the batter or on the waffles when served


* In order to make waffles you will need a waffle maker

* You should also use some type of cooking oil (olive, canola, etc.) or butter on the waffle maker to keep the batter from sticking while cooking

Preparation

Step 1


Add all ingredients to a large bowl.


Step 2


Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.


Step 3


Scoop the batter into the lightly oiled (or buttered) waffle maker, cook, and then enjoy the yumminess!
