About the Recipe
And remember, the riper the bananas the sweeter the pancakes. Yummmmm!
I hope you love these banana oat pancakes I made with my son as much as we loved them. Enjoy!

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup of oatmeal
3 ripe bananas
Cinnamon (optional & to taste)
Chocolate chips (optional & to taste)
* Easiest to use a blender but can use a large bowl and a utensil to mash/mix with
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients (excluding any chunky add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour batter into a bowl, add any extra ingredients you like (we chose chocolate chips), and mix.
Step 3
Spoon batter into a hot pan and flip when you see bubbles coming through (this indicates the side of the pancake being cooked is ready). Depending on how you like your pancakes, flip right when you see the bubbles coming through the batter (for less done pancakes) or wait a few seconds and then flip (for more well done pancakes). Once both sides are cooked you can enjoy the yumminess!
